Automatic packaging line operation of Jack sewing machine/Robot Case Packer/Palletizer

Components of the production line:

• Automatic servo carton erector: This machine automatically erects cartons, preparing them for packaging.

• Conveyor belt system: It facilitates the continuous movement of products from one workstation to another.

• Bagging machine: Used for placing products into bags and sealing them as required.

• Labeling machine: Attaches labels to products or packaging, providing necessary information such as product details, barcodes, and batch numbers.

Three robots:

• Case packing robot: Packs products into cases, ensuring proper arrangement and packaging.

• Product packaging and protection robot: Adds protective materials to ensure product safety during transportation. Carton sealing, strapping, and semi-automatic palletizing robot: Seals cartons, straps products together, and assists in palletizing.
