Automated Packaging Line with WCS Integration

The packaging line adopts a WCS device management system and involves two robots (palletizing using vacuum gripping), a carton erector, and an H-type sealing machine (composed of flaps folding carton sealer and corner side carton sealer).

1. Robot A arranges and stacks paper box products on one side.

2. Vertical carton erector shapes and places cartons horizontally on the other side.

3. Robot B loads the arranged products into the horizontally positioned cartons using a pushing method.

4. A 90-degree device lifts the cartons for the "H" type sealing process.

5. Robot B conveys and stacks the sealed cartons using vacuum gripper.
