Fully Automated Unmanned Carton Erector Machine: The entire machine's mechanical mobile parts are controlled by servo systems. Workers pre-place three different types of cardboard boxes into three separate hopper slots and set the unpacking sequence for the three types of boxes. The machine's hoppers move back and forth to position the upcoming box to be packed at the unpacking station.

During the box handling process, the folding, compressing, and pushing sections operate simultaneously, aligning with the active range of the upcoming box. Once the suction cups grip the box securely, the machine proceeds to fold and seal the bottom of the carton.

The sealing process can be customized according to customer preference, such as using tape, hot melt glue, or nail sealing.

The fully automatic unmanned carton erector machine is compatible with carton-forming processes of various sizes and is a manifestation of advanced automation equipment.
