The Smart Collaborative Palletizing Robot is an end-of-line automation system designed to automatically stack cartons, packages, or products neatly onto pallets. It supports both single and dual conveyor configurations, offering flexible integration for different production layouts.
Through a structured “Production Settings” system and “Entry Point Compensation” function, the robot can achieve high-precision palletizing even in complex or variable working environments. Parameters such as pallet coordinates, pick points, box dimensions, layer settings, and paperboard handling can be easily configured through the touchscreen interface.
